Thin Lizzy Playing Live On The Old Grey Whistle Test
This is a wonderful video of Thin Lizzy in their prime playing live on the Old Grey Whistle Test (a British TV show that used to air every week and had some of the most famous bands in the world on it). I personally used to be a big fan of the Old Grey Whistle Test and used to wait impatiently every week for the next airing. It’s sad there’s no show like it now, with Tv mostly airing ‘Official Videos’. Oh well sit back and enjoy – whether you watched the original airing of this like I did or whether it’s the first time you ever saw it or Thin Lizzy you can’t fail to appreciate what a great band they were… and watch out for the great surprise in the middle
